  1. How do I make a payment?
  • We accept these convenient payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer
    • International Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
    • NAPAS card
  • Your booking will be confirmed only after payment is completed.
  1. My card payment failed and the class wasn’t booked. What should I do?
  • If your card payment fails, try one of these alternative payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer

  1. Can I get a red invoice for my payment?
  • Yes! If you need a red invoice, please email the following information to [email protected]:
    • Booking Numbers: List all booking numbers requiring a red invoice.
    • Company Information: Company Name Tax Code Company Address Email Phone Number Booking Details
  • The process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.


🧾 Refunds & Support

  • If your tutor is late or does not show up, we will issue a full refund and provide a replacement session
  • If the tutor isn’t a good fit, no problem — just let us know and we’ll help you match with someone new
  • Refunds take 2-3 working days to process once we have your complete bank details. For card payments, bank policies may extend this timeline up to 30 working days.
