  1. My card payment failed and the class wasn’t booked. What should I do?
  • If your card payment fails, try one of these alternative payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer

  1. Can I get a red invoice for my payment?
  • Yes! If you need a red invoice, please email the following information to [email protected]:
    • Booking Numbers: List all booking numbers requiring a red invoice.
    • Company Information: Company Name Tax Code Company Address Email Phone Number Booking Details
  • The process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.
  1. How do I use a voucher?
  • You can use your voucher by clicking the “Voucher” section during the payment step. Be sure to apply it before submitting your booking.
  • Tip: View all your available coupons in the “My Vouchers” section under the “Human” icon.
  1. When will I receive a refund for a cancelled class?
  • Refunds take 2-3 working days to process once we have your complete bank details. For card payments, bank policies may extend this timeline up to 30 working days.
