- Yes! If you need a red invoice, please email the following information to [email protected]:
- Booking Numbers: List all booking numbers requiring a red invoice.
- Company Information: Company Name Tax Code Company Address Email Phone Number Booking Details
- The process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.
- How do I use a voucher?
- You can use your voucher by clicking the “Voucher” section during the payment step. Be sure to apply it before submitting your booking.
- Tip: View all your available coupons in the “My Vouchers” section under the “Human” icon.
- When will I receive a refund for a cancelled class?
- Refunds take 2-3 working days to process once we have your complete bank details. For card payments, bank policies may extend this timeline up to 30 working days.
