- First, discuss the new time with your tutor directly. After you both agree on a new schedule, please notify Tudy so we can update the system accordingly.
- I want to cancel a class before it’s been matched.
- Yes, you can cancel anytime before the booking is confirmed with payment.
- Can I change the type of a confirmed class?
- Once a class is confirmed with payment, you cannot switch between different service types (for example, from English Play to Eye Level or Homework Help). To try a different service, you’ll need to make a new booking for that specific type.
- How can I add or reduce class time or the number of students?
- Parents can modify bookings themselves before making payment. For confirmed classes, you’ll need to cancel the current booking and create a new one with your desired class time or number of students.
- Is there a cancellation fee for confirmed classes?
- Our cancellation policy includes the following scenarios:
- When parents and tutors mutually agree to reschedule a class, we will waive the cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is due to medical reasons: Upon providing a valid medical certificate from a hospital or doctor, you will receive a full refund.
- In cases of unplanned cancellations or if notification is not provided to the tutor or Tudy planner, the following fees apply:

Please Note: Cancellation fees go directly to tutors as compensation for their reserved time. This policy works both ways—tutors who cancel without prior agreement must pay the same fees to parents. In such cases, Tudy will quickly arrange alternative tutors for your scheduled time.
- I need to cancel my regular classes.
- For English Play/Homework Help:We offer flexible cancellation options for regular classes. Once approved under our cancellation policy, you can choose between a refund or a voucher for future use. Please note that refunds are calculated at the standard single-class rate, not the discounted rate applied to multiple classes.
- For Eye Level: For Eye Level program cancellations, we can process your request to cancel regular classes. The final refund will be adjusted based on the cost of booklets already provided.
- We appreciate your understanding in minimizing cancellations, as our tutors reserve specific time slots to accommodate your scheduled classes.
