- We provide services in Ho Chi Minh City and select areas of Hanoi. Our tutoring takes place in your home, creating a familiar and comfortable learning environment where students can focus and feel secure.

4. What are the service hours?
- Our services are available from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Classes outside these hours may be arranged based on tutor availability.
5. A tutor suggested a transaction outside the platform. What should I do?
- For your safety, please DO NOT ENGAGE in separate transactions outside of Tudy. We cannot be responsible for any issues that arise from outside arrangements. If a tutor suggests this, please report it to us immediately.
- Important: If a parent and tutor agree to conduct transactions outside the platform, both parties will be permanently banned from using any Tudy services in the future.

📝 REGISTRATION AND BOOKING
1. How do you match with tutor?
- We match tutors with students based on skills, location, schedule, and parents’ requirements, ensuring the best possible match within 24 hours. For the Eye Level program, specially trained coaches are assigned by location and will contact parents to arrange a free level test within 1–2 days.
2. How do I book a class?

3. What should I prepare before class?
- To get well prepared for class, ensure you prepare neccesary materials:
- English Play: scissors, glue, colored pens, pencils, and paper
- Homework Help: homework materials and basic stationery items
- Eye Level International Program (English & Math): booklets will be delivered before the lesson – store them in a safe place and let tutors know where to find them at lesson time
4. Can I request a specific tutor or book with someone I’ve worked with before?
- Yes, you can! Here are some tips to book a class with your preferred tutors:
- Add a specific tutor to your Favorites by clicking their profile and pressing the “Heart” icon. We shall prioritize them for future bookings.
5. Can I meet the tutor before starting classes?
- Although we don’t offer pre-class meetings, you can experience our service by using a first-time user voucher or scheduling a free Eye Level level test.
6. Can I make a same-day booking?
- Same-day bookings are possible, depending on tutor availability and class preparation. To ensure we are well-prepared for the class, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Additionally, please note that Eye Level lessons require 3-5 days for booklet delivery.
7. What’s the minimum number of hours I can book?
- English Play: Minimum duration is 1 hour per class
- Homework Help: Minimum duration is 4 weeks (90 minutes per class)
- Eye Level International Program (English & Math): Minimum duration is 4 weeks (30 minutes per class)
8. How many students can I book for a class?
- English Play: Standard one-on-one instruction, with group options available for up to 3 students per session
- Homework Help: Standard one-on-one instruction, with group options available for up to 3 students per session
- Eye Level International Program (English & Math): One-on-one instruction only
9. What if the class ends earlier than scheduled?
- Early completion of a session does not qualify for a refund, as tutors have specifically set aside this time for your class. This policy maintains fairness and respect between tutors and students.
10. Can I change the tutor with confirmed classes?
- We support tutor changes to ensure the best learning experience. Please contact your Tudy planner to discuss your concerns or requirements.

- You can communicate with tutors through the Tudy app’s chat and call features once a tutor is assigned.
- Important: For your safety and security, please communicate only through the Tudy app. Communicating through other platforms puts your security at risk.
5. I’m looking for a tutor who can teach special activities. Is this possible?
- Yes! We can look for tutors with special skills in our tutor network, but we can’t guarantee their availability. For specific requests, please contact your Tudy planner directly through the app.

1. Are parents allowed to stay in the room during class?
- Parents are welcome to observe classes. However, once your child builds a good relationship with the tutor, we recommend setting up a dedicated learning space to help them focus better during lessons. This setup has shown to improve learning outcomes while still allowing appropriate supervision.
2. What’s the difference between English Play classes and Eye Level English classes?
Here are the key differences between English Play and Eye-level English classes:
- English Play: The class is divided into two parts:
- First part: Teachers conduct specially designed activities and games with Tudy-provided materials.
- Second part: Free play where teachers incorporate English naturally through conversation using the child’s toys and books.
- Eye Level English: A comprehensive curriculum that:
- Focuses on all language areas: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Builds academic foundation and independent learning skills.
- Provides individualized, self-paced learning customized to students’ abilities.
3. Does the teacher provide pick-up service?
- For added convenience, our tutors can meet students at designated locations within walking distance, such as bus stations, apartment building lobbies, schools, and other nearby meeting points.
- If the session starts at 4:00 PM, we recommend booking the session about 15 minutes before the pick-up time to ensure a smooth transition.
- Important Safety Notice: In cases where transportation is required, we urge parents to arrange transportation for both tutors and students.
4. Is help available with students’ meals or snacks during classes?
- Our tutors can provide basic meal assistance, which includes warming pre-prepared meals and providing food items from the refrigerator for your child. For quality assurance and safety reasons, we do not provide services such as cooking full meals or cleaning dishes.

5. Do you offer help with household chores?
